This chandelier was made in France in the middle half of the 19th Century, circa the 1840s. The chandelier features ten double picket arms that have scrolls and foliage decoration. Each of the arms attaches to the stem of the chandelier that has a Baccarat crystal covering with a bottom acorn finial. This fixture was originally gas and still has the original gas cocks.
